Remember about 2-3 years ago with Dyche telling his players "these lot have no idea how to win a match!".

Like most have said, the ref did everything he could to make up for the red card. He was awful. They all are.

Doucoure off, Young on? Who in their right mind thinks that's how to see out a game? Bringing on a guy who has gifted goals away all season for one who is our only counter attacking threat, even when knackered.

This club man, it'll be the death of us all.

There’s no need to bring Young on. There’s no issue at the flanks. Keep Doucoure on as focal point. Bring a Dobbin or Chermitti, or even Patterson out at the wings. And then break on the counter as they commit men forward for the equaliser.

Isn’t this simple math? Wouldn’t you agree?

The players need to take responsibility for that. Against 10 men you absolutely have to do better. How can you be chasing the ball when the other team is down a man? Keep the shape and track your man. Instead we were late on challenges and concede easy freekicks.

It’s also only like 4 losses in that 13, 2 of which came against City. Yes we’re in a poor run of form at the minute but to compare Dyche and Lampard is very different.

We were getting battered every week under Lampard, we have the fourth best defensive record in the league under Dyche.
