Breville? Are you talking a sandwhich toasting device? I do mine in the oven grill. You have to toast the ingredients of the sandwich before placing the top slice of bread on and toasting the actual bread. Ham, cheese and tomato.

Nope, it is delicious. Pilchards in tomato and chilli too.

I still have cheese, onion and Ancona chilli sauce or whatever it's called - as that is the greatest toastie known to man.

you have to butter the outside to get it to toast and not stick.

It's not a tea, it's a snack.

Doesn't need buttering, they've got that non-stick teflon stuff, unless you have an ancient granny one. I like it buttered because it goes all nice and brown and tasty.

My gran's got one that looks a giant pair of scissors with a toastie thing at the end that she holds over the gas hob. Well, she doesn't anymore, her arthritis makes her wrists a bit funny. It was [Poor language removed] to be honest.
