Rodgers is literally the guy who waves the white flag at the first sign of adversity.

The fact Moyes will work to try and fix problems when things aren’t going well is actually one of his underappreciated strengths. It’s the sign of a good coach and manager more that’s someone who will just look to buy players for quick fixes.

Often it takes time for it to work as he’s quite slow and methodical while many want massive changes, but it leads to durable improvements.
