Brendan Rodgers quotes

This deluded tit needs a new thread for his inspiring quotes.

"Whatever it takes to make Liverpool successful, my life is devoted. It's all part of the dance."

"I need a minimum of three strikers. Once the window shuts, that is it until January. I have got Luis Suarez, Fabio Borini and Andy Carroll. I would need to be a nutcase to even consider letting Andy Carroll go at this moment."

"I’ve been given as much confidence as I can possibly get that we will have someone to come in,' he said.

'I’ve said all along that I have Luis Suarez and Fabio Borini as front line strikers, and the young lads like Adam Morgan are getting experience, but between now and January I need more than that.

'Hopefully on Friday we can do some work and get something complete because we certainly need it. I am hoping for one or two. We need one, that’s for sure.'

Apparently Ian Ayre and Brendan ROGERS had a bit of fisticuffs last night, pure rumour from two KOPITE BT engineers I've just had here fixing my interwebz

I'm sure he quoted SAF the other day talking about young players running through barbwire...

Don't think the rs caught that one

"Young players will run through a barbed wire fence for you," Rodgers told reporters.

"Older players will look for the hole or just turn back and not even go through it

He's just proved he's way, way out of his depth.

An experienced manager would have held on to Carroll until he had his replacement in the bag i.e. signed - Rodgers obviously thought he has his man lined up & then let Carroll go - only to see it blow up in his face.

If you want to see a kopite fume - point out to them that he's allowed Carroll, Kuyt, Bellend & Maxi Rodriguez to leave & they scored 18 of the ****es 47 league goals last season & he's only brought in Borini who's never scored 1 PL goal............

He's spent nearly £20M net & they're in a worse state than when he started - great work Brendan

That is brilliant

Rumour from the BBC is that Rogers was given a transfer budget which he didn't realise included wages as well as transfer fees. Sometimes our lot don't seem so bad after all........

He's revelling in the media attention thinking he's a Shankly Lite and in fairness he knows how to play them by feeding them narcissistic soundbytes.

The problem for him is that we do oir talking on the pitch round these parts and he'll fall short.
