Trailer for a new Ed Westwick film called Take Down was released today........... the lighthouse and cliff scenes were filmed 2 minutes from my house.
 
Just watched the Americanised version of Get Carter,,,,, Garbage... absolute disgrace ... nowhere near as good as the original. So annoyed I wasted time on that.
 

.....well that's just about it. After nearly 41 years public service I've left the office for the last time. I don't officially retire until end of May but have to use up my leave. Been looking forward to this for many years but it's a strange feeling now it's finally arrived.

Only one place to go now, Guinness time and the drinks are very much on me.

You know i don't think it is too bad.

If we keep getting rid of 'eyesore' buildings we will soon get rid of anything that makes liverpool a cultured city.
I think anyway, there is so many pretty student accommodations you can have in the city before you have no personality.
