Just read a interview from Marco Silva for a portuguese TV.
- he expects a long project, more than the three year contract;
- play attractive football;
- this season the objective is a real approach to the top 6 clubs;
- use the "excellent" youth academy to bring players for the 1st team;
- buy some players that will bring value to the team;
- he does not confirm interest in William Carvalho or Carrillo;

He is very happy :)

What's he suppose to say. I'm interested in small time nobodies? The fans would be on his back already. They aren't big names but no Lozano is attractive, Lacsells(I'll never get his name right off my head) is a England captain in the making.

No idea what he 'should' say...just pointing out what he said and posing the question that the links arent to 'big names'.

Lascalles would be good i think...
Lozano also...

'The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step' or so the saying goes. This is not a quick fix but hopefully we now have a management team who will take us forward and rebuild this fallen house

I'm a patient chap, and am happy to give our new regime all the time they need. All I want to see is progress and ambition. If we show that, then success will come. I'd hate us to make a habit of hiring and firing Managers all the time.
