Cracking fight.pity the flyweight divison doesn't get much telly time.few great fighters there and some great fights.sick the easy paydays some fighters get in the higher weight classes and these little warriors getting no recognition.

Interesting, fights not til May, he'll probably get cleared to fight, can't see them scrapping it, and if he was i think GGG will still fight cinco de mayo weekend which would rule bjs out, with the injury, for the time being at least.

yeah I don’t think it’s in Nevada’s interest to get the fight cancelled as it’ll cost Vegas milllions of $$$$ in lost money on one of the biggest boxing weekends of the year . No way the casinos will want that

Vegas simply has to have a big fight that weekend and its prob too late to make a different one and GGG not enough of a draw without Canelo, money talks.

Canelo acting very brash for a fella after failing a test, giving GGG way more grief than last around.

The fights a bit tainted for me, pity, thought first one was brilliant, maybe I'll change my mind by time it comes around, if it does go ahead.

The NSAC is still investigating the matter and plan to issue a ruling soon - although everyone expects the rematch to move forward as scheduled.

An interesting note from the LA Times, was regarding the original statement from Dr. Daniel Eichner, an expert at the World Anti-Doping Agency lab, which analyzed Canelo's samples.

Eichner was quoted in a statement from Canelo's promoter, Golden Boy Promotions, saying the level was consistent with meat contamination.

However, the paper states that a second quote from the doctor was "chopped" from Golden Boy's official statement.

Eichner had added, "Further investigation is needed to make a final determination" - which the paper states is because "Canelo's Feb. 17 positive sample contained such a higher level than the positive sample collected on Feb. 20."

thinking about Saunders he may have used the hand injury as an excuse to postpone the Murray fight as he’s been tipped off he can take canelo’s place . Murray would be compensated if that’s the case

I just thought the scorecard ruined what was a great fight, tbh, I thought a draw was about right but you simply shouldn't be allowed judge another bout producing a card like that, think that annoyed me most was everyone talking about a stupid judge instead of two fighters and a great fight. Sadly happens way too much.

Not a bad shout regarding bjs, GGGS team will surely be sending out feelers incase they need a new opponent, I'll still be shocked if they do though.
