This re-match was a waste of time in my opinion and I hope it doesn't happen at all now.

Despite it being a decent fight, the build-up to the first one was horrible and I couldn't bothered with hearing yet more constant 'trash talk' from them in the lead-up to this one. Thankfully now it won't be happening at least for a while.

The press conference was decent . Kalle really is embracing the Charlie monster tag he’s now got . He couldn’t wait to leave when it finished and some of the faces he was pulling were priceless.

Eubank snr referring to Shane as a PE teacher wad funny but the Way they treat Ronnie davis is shocking it’s a a shame he puts up with it tbh .

It’s going to be a cracker of a fight . It’s one I’m tempted to go to once the stub hub prices calm down a bit.

amazed at how much bigger groves looked at the face to face, not necessarily an advantage if you are struggling to make weight, but it was very evident.

I think Ron let chris eubank snr run the show when he boxed, would be amazed if the same thing isn't happening now to be honest
 
Groves vs Eubank when is that? My mate was gonna try get tickets but said it sold out the M.E.N. Pretty quickly. Didn’t realise they had gone on sale.

I see Kell Brook has moved up to light-middleweight and will fight Sam Eggington in the new year.

Not a bad fight for Kell to start at that weight, I honestly think in spence he got beat by someone who will be a top top fighter, not like he was outclassed for 11 rounds either.

I'll be a bit sad watching Cotto's last fight at the weekend, a great fighter who had a great career.

I still think he wasn't the same, understandably so, after that first Margarito fight. The rematch and the way he celebrated in front of Margarito is one of my favourite boxing moments from recent memory.

Was always a decent watch.

Fascinating fight that. A genuine 50/50. All depends on if Groves can time him, get his jab working and if his stamina holds up.

I marginally favour Eubank Jr. Don't know how many people saw his Abraham fight but the way he fought in bursts and how he responded when he got clocked - not visibly hurt, but an annoyed response - makes me think he has an incredible chin, a good boxing brain and mad stamina. Real deal I reckon; made up he's fighting a decent fighter in Groves so we can see for sure whether he is. The circus around him is exactly that; it's a head trip money making operation; look beyond it IMO and look at what the fighter actually does in the ring.
