I agree usually - for example, thought the Groves stoppage in the first fight against Froch was spot on, as he turned his back and slumped. But in this instance with Takam the guy was defending, ducking shots, staying upright. Clearly premature in my view.

Hard as nails but maybe the ref needed to save him from himself. At best he was gonna take a few big shots and stay up. At worst....

Ref was a disgrace stopping that then. Fair play to Takam. Joshua was woeful! He is so over hyped in my opinion.

He's genuinely very good. Very well rounded, concussive power. Weak defensively IMO.

But when people talk about him being one of the all-time greats... so far off the mark it's untrue.

I know been hearing that myself and apart from Klitscho which was fanatstic who has he really fought. Needs to be beating better boxers to be even close to be compared to the likes of Lewis.

How's he overhyped? He's won 20 on the bounce, stopped Wladimir, fought through adversity. He's certainly not the best fighter the world has ever seen, but he's easily the best heavyweight out there. I've never been in the situation, but I dare say it's not easy to fight 10 rounds with your nose broke to bits. It's bound to have an affect.
