Boxing

Never fails to amaze just how corrupt boxing is.

Only logic for me is that there's a rigged betting scheme where they covered a split by having a Warrington split decision win if it went the cards, because that produced the best odds.

Because there's no logic to scoring that for Selby, or to be frank even having Selby within 3-4 rounds.

Did the judge give it 115-113 to Selby? Abysmal.

On a whole it was a poor card and poor production.

Nicola Adams fight was funny though. 2 minute rounds and the bell keeper forgot to ring the bell after 2 minutes. Knocked her oppenant out 2 minutes and 42 seconds into the first round. Should be a no contest that one.

100% that’s the case. It’s been happening for years. Especially in America.

Just caught up on Jack/Stevenson:

For me, I had it 2-3 rounds to Jack - bit of a hometown decision but at least the cards made more sense than the Warrington fight.

Was impressed with Stevenson's stamina at 40 - if they rematch though I think that fight would have took a lot out of him and I'd expect Jack to take it.
