Pretty much every trainer and fighter split don’t they ? It’s standard for the business but it’s usually after a defeat , I’ve also thought like you say that it could also easily be Peter couldn’t handle him and everything that comes with him.
If it’s the latter be interesting to see what Fury we see in the ring because he does physically look the part but we’ve no idea what kind of fighter is still in there . Or he could just be a nightmare to be round which wouldn’t be a surprise really would it ?

i literally just listened to ringside toe to toe podcast and around the 50th minute they talk to peter fury about Hughie’s fight with sexton . The interviewer then asked him about Tyson and you could tell he was uneasy and there is 100% bad feeling there .

from peter furys point of view, he has just watched Tyson throw his career away after beating klitchko.. he probly tried to calm him down but failed, and lost the head with him.

be interesting to see how Tyson fairs with his new trainer.. them gypsys are normally closer than 2 coats of paint, so I think he'll be a big miss to tyson

I think they had a falling out due to Peter Fury not wanting him to make a comeback and Tyson accusing him of putting more effort into training Hughie Fury. You can tell the is 100% bad blood between the two though.
I mentioned few weeks back I met Hughie Fury at a gym in Wigan. My work mate was there last week doing some jobs and Hughie was in there. He asked him about Tyson vs Bellew and Hughie said Tyson wouldn’t take that fight.

i can see why he would dedicate more time to hughie and I can’t blame him . Hughie has had injuries and illlness but overcome it to nearly beat Parker , while always being in Tyson’s shadow while he’s been a bit of a tit ( a very funny one though lol I like him ) but he’s turned the fury camp into a bit of a joke . It can’t do other fighters any good if he’s arsing about and making it all about him while he blows up in weight and drinks and sniffs his way round the country . He should realise he can’t waltz in and call the shots when he can arsed taking it seriously again . I know he’s had mental health issues too though tbf .
He’s even binned Hennessy after saying he will always be loyal to him ( not that a blame him for binning fat mick ) while the rest of fury’s camp have stayed with him. .

What is the inference there, that Fury wouldn't be confident of handling Bellew at this point in time? Would have thought he handles him easy all night, but maybe he needs to knock off a couple of binmen to get his eye in first.

that fights a massive risk for fury’s reputation if he lost he would be pretty much goosed . Bellew can only get credit from it . Think fury would beat him easily on size alone though only over the distance

I think it started from the training camp in the rematch fight with Klitschko. The was rumours at the time Fury looked awful in training and wasn't turning up to sessions on time and wasn't taking it seriously. He just thought cos he's beat him once, he could beat him again. I think Tysons dad and Peter Fury had a falling out or weren't seeing eye to eye over the way Tyson was training.
Isn't Hennessy still apart of his promotional stable with Warren? I'm sure he's still apart of Tysons career in some way. I know Hughie is still with Hennessy. Hennessey is meant to be a right scumbag.

bellew would be a risky fight.
I want to go on record here and say bellew has impressed me recently.
I'm not his biggest fan admittedly.
I followed his early career, the cleverly fights etc etc and was a big fan. then he started running his mouth and got his comupence in Canada.
the build up to that fight just did my head right in.. plus the other borefest between him and clev at the heavier weight when they both just held eachother for 12 rounds, was embarrassing.. I just didn't like the way he was running his mouth saying he'd do this and that and then produce an utter borefest of a fight. I lost my faith in him
it does look like hes found his natural weight at cruiser , even small heavyweight and he is sharp at the weight.
considering fury has had an unhealthy, long lay off, I think he might find bellew a handful, remember Cunningham dropped fury, and he was only a light heavy at the time.
bellew could defo drop fury.
weve seen comebacks like this all too often, Hatton came back after 2 1/2 years at elite level and got battered, Haye has just donr it twice..
fury v bellew could be a very interesting fight despite the weight difference
