Maybe but he gets a potentially easier fight against Dirrell, which then sets up big money unification fights with DeGale and maybe Groves.

Haye seems to have taken a majority of them and has given loads out to his cronies. Even the lad who has sorted me for every Bellew fight since Cleverley 1 hasn't got any left. If you get one now, I would assume it's an inflated price, not a decent price.

Has anybody heard the story of Eubank at Barry Hearns 60th? I only heard it for the 1st time yesterday. They both made big money because of each other, no need for Eubank to act like such a wally.

Ye i got quoted 300 for 1 ticket am not paying that.

Yeah he wanted an "appearance fee" lollol

In the end settled for Eddie providing a chauffeured car.

I'm pretty sure BH was etiher Eubanks best man or is godfather to one of his kids aswel.

Makes me laugh how many people hate Eubank and his son. It's called promotion people - it's classic heel tactics from pro wrestling yet you're all falling for it hook, line and sinker.

He says stupid stuff, antagonises and then draws box office. It's smart, and the kid is very talented too.

I don't hate them, the story about Hearn's 60th was 8 years ago and a personal matter that Eddie Hearn only revealed recently.

That said I do think Senior is doing a great job at stagnating his sons career.

The Hearn story gives you a good idea as to why Snr will stagnate Jnrs career as well. Hearn has been out a few times now saying how Snr is so unprofessional in discussions. I think he once tried to dictate the commentators of a entire card so that it was the same ones who commentated one of his fights and he liked the way they talked about him.

I get that his act and persona is all panto, but he's genuinely a bit of a bell.

Seen the interview with Eddie Hearn, he paid Eubank an appearance fee, he stayed for an hour then went missing, then Eddie Hearn said he had about 10 missed calls from Eubank so he rang him back and Eubank was sitting in his Taxi/Chauffeur car outside wanting the money of Eddie to pay the driver!!!
