pac marquez trilogy is immense, but infuriating at the same time, knowing that jmm wont get the credit he deserves in the history books.

that documentry was heartbreaking to watch, made me love benn even more though.

I love Morales, true what you say though, apparently he is so revered in mexico ,he can leave his keys in his car in tijuana and no one will touch it. Its a shame he came back, but im actually suprised he came back aswell as he did, considering he looked so shopworn after his first retirement. Loking decent still againt a young clubber like maidana, still nothing like he was mind

Nothing worse than seeing legends go on too long.

Castillo v Corrales has to be right up there , how Corrales managed to turn that fight around in the 10th i'l never know , super fight .

Barrera and Morales trilogy was excellent too , the latter two not living quite up to the first ones standards but great nonetheless .

Pacquiao Marquez 1 , also a great fight , cant say as much for the following 2 , don't think people really want to see a 4th one for this reason .

Ward vs Gatti trilogy! Legendary.

The first and third were immense. The second was only... amazing. One of the few fights that thrilled me even though, when I saw it, it had already happened and I knew the outcome.

Morales vs. Barrera 1 was a great fight. In the last few years, I'd honestly say Froch vs. Kessler would be up there: very closely matched, both believing they could win, both really going for it. It's been along time since I've seen a good HW fight.

Carl Froch v Jermain Taylor was pretty good and contained the best final round I've ever seen.

Unbelievable, the fact it won me over £200 might be swaying my judgement though.

Lacy never got a glove on Joe all night. Good shout

Also when Joe fought Kessler.........when Kessler was awesome.... that was a war.

Also gotta give Steve Collins a shout, the era of the early nineties with Benn, Eubank, Watson, Mclellan and Collins was a golden period.

One of my favourite boxers. Says a lot that Jones JNR who I consider the best ever dodged him for years.

Yeah it was. Benn and Eubank was what really made me love boxing, always supported Benn though.

Was boss when Steve Collins freaked Eubank out with his hypnosis tapes and everyone bought it.

To give Calzaghe his due he beat most of them fellas on his way up too.

There's loads of boss fights with joe later on in his career, shame everyone dodged him until his hands had gone brittle.

Hopkins was as decent a fight as you can get with Hopkins in it.

Ali v Foreman, simply unbelievable that he won, plus the first and 3rd Ali v Frazier fights.

They were more than fights they were world events that exceeded all the hype the world's press could give, never seen anything quite like them in any sport since.
