What annoys me recently is they no longer tell you your queue position.

Sent an email to servicedesk@evertonfc.com and in fairness was sorted almost immediately

What annoys me recently is they no longer tell you your queue position.

@Bungle got rid of that due to people hanging up when they heard a high number.

Wants to maximise the costs of telephone calls into the club.

The best part is that we actually have a bunch of calls to the box office on the go, they hear hold music but we're just sat round listening to them get angrier whilst they think we can't hear them. We have a sweepstake in the office about which caller explodes with rage first, then we cut them off.

What annoys me recently is they no longer tell you your queue position.

And there is only so long you can listen to z cars, spirit of the blues etc. Literally they need to change the record!
