OK, so I know nothing about betting yeah? If I went into a bookies, what would I do/say to put a bet on our match or do one of them accumulator things?

Normally they have betting slip coupons, so you can easily do accumulators on them.

Then it would depend what bet on our match you wanted to do. What are you thinking of doing?

Easier online. Bookies are full of dodgy types that will groom you and then ask to meet you in the Dog and Partridge later.

Then, when you get there, you notice it's 95% men and even the women seem to have hairy arms.

You order a drink and they don't serve draft. There are full length mirrors in the bathroom. The Weather Girls are playing on the jukebox.

Just drink your pint and get out sharpish mate. It's not worth the fiver he promised you.

Much easier online.

Yes, it is much easier online, thats why its a bad idea.

You sign up, then you pay on your card, its not even real money your losing or so you tell yourself.................

Stick to the bookies lad.

Just remember the Dog and Partridge.

And self-discipline. If your not lucky enough to have lots of self-discipline - like myself and Steven Seagal have - then you might be better risking the wandering hands in the queue of the bookies. Whatever you do, don't wear shorts and flip-flops/sandals; that's like a red rag to a bull, they'll see that as a proper come on.

Much easier online.

I think this is the right time to tell us about the abuse you suffered at the aforementioned Dog and Partridge.

And Seagal? Didnt he batter his missus, heavy loses I take it then lad?

Followed by The pet shop boys, Marc Almond and Gene Pitney, Bonnie Tyler and Gloria Gaynor. You'll end up doing a 'slowie' with someone called Ronnie with 'stand by your man' blasting out.

In other words, Heat's right. It's easier online

I gave up gambling nearly four years ago and haven't looked back since, although I did have a brief return a week or so ago, but iv'e saved myself some money that's for sure.

Helps if you're lucky or have some good fortune, that's me out then.

I was going to offer good advise but seen this and couldn't let it pass without applauding loudly.
