Height: 1.9m (six foot three inches)
Weight: 98 kig (fifteen and half stoneish).
I'm underweight apparently.

You sound tall so I dont think that is fat. BMI is a sham anyway, someone with a lot of muscle will always be fat.
I know the feeling. I exercise and I drop weight fast, it's better if I just sit on the couch and keep at a consistent weight. Exercise is bad.
