Under 15's are touring the UK in September.

There should be a fair few scouts watching them as theres a youngster named Connor Powers playing for them in Central defence. He's a good friend of mine and City have been sniffing around having a look at him.

He's a ball playing Libero and probably the best 15 year old Ive ever seen play. You know it, as a player, when you watch someone who is just effortless. He's good enough to play Seniors already.

Im dropping this in here because I'd love to see us having a look at him, he nuttied me several times yesterday, and is brilliant at that Ronaldinho outside/inside drag/flick move.

He plays like a Brazilian Beckenbauer. Go get him Moyesy.

Hahaha no we are filming a TV Show at his house.

I put this up because I've played footy with a few people who have trialled for English Clubs and got picked up but never made it past Juniors. For every Timmy, Harry and Mark Schwartzer theres literally hundreds of Aussies playing around the lower leagues that had the quality but never made the grade. This kid @ 15 is probably 5'11, and will be well over 6ft when he stops growing and there is a maturity about his technical style you just know he could be a star.

How he would handle the English kick the living sh*te out of you approach to trials who knows, but I reckon any scouts should have a good look at him, he's head and shoulders above the rest of his side/competition at the same level.

Trials are insanely competitive at the easiest of times, and excuse the phrasing if I have offended your PC mindset my friend.

That there would 20 times more Career minded footy hopefuls in your neck of the woods combined with the fact our highest level of Competition is akin to your Third Division must be lost on you.

Maybe times have changed. Maybe your youngsters have completely embraced the continental approach and the next Generation will be the next Spain.
