Yes.

Good then I've decided to hire myself as I'm unsure I can trust someone else with such a large amount of monies to spend. It would probably take me 1 year which is not bad considering I would leave no stone unturned and have to travel to every country worldwide prolonging my stays in Venezuela and Sweden as I have a preference for the 'talent' there.

Predicated expenditure
Travel expenses- 1500000 (includes heli's on airport arrival for time saving rather than road travel)
Accommodation - 1,000000 (Dubai etc can be pricey like)
Food and drink- 1,000000 ( can't eat in mc d's every night like)
Entertainment - 5,000000 (?)

That's leaves me with a rough estimate after accountant fee's etc of 5 million.

I'd spend it on a goalkeeper as their the best value. You'd get no decent striker for 5
