For me this is the most underwhelming appointment possible.

I remember being excited at the appointment of Martinez and very happy with the appointment of Koeman.
SO WHAT THE HELL DO I KNOW.

Booing? Out of the question. COYB

I have never booed an Everton player, manager, director or owner before now.

Tonight, if that chuffwit makes an appearance, I will make an exception. He has divorced me from my team and I already loathe him.

What sort of halfwit would boo our manager before he's even had a chance and during a time when the players need all the positive vibes they can get?

I only ask because there's obviously a lot of alleged fans out there who claim to support us but seem determined to make an already bad situation even worse.

I don't understand the hate towards a manager who can get results with your group of players. Probably the best squad he's ever worked with in PL and some won't even give him a chance

Abject failure on the part of Moshiri and his team to replace Koeman with a manager the club can be proud of.

There can be no sugarcoating of this and he'll know it. He has a lot of rebuilding to do in terms of his not particularly great reputation in football and amongst Evertonians.

It would be highly delusional if you are excited at a mid-season appointment due to bad results.

Bizarre. If you want to boo someone, boo Kenwright. Why undermine the new manager immediately? Further unsettling the team, absolute recipe for disaster if people do this. The board got us in this mess, not BFS.

I was happy to see the appointment of Martinez and Koeman and look how they turned out. I'm not so happy now but really what do I know! Lets just give him a chance. The present squad need a kick up the arse and he's the man for it. He's clearly a larger than life character that everyone knows. Perhaps it will work!
