Ok will probably be shot down for being too positive.

Surely we are in a better position than before the game (yes we could of been in a much better position).

We now have Oldham at home.
We have less big clubs in the comp (arse).
We have a few more days to get things right, fit, gelling.

Ideally we wouldn't want to play more games then necessary but then I'd rather play too many than too few (knocked out).

Being from Sydney I don't want to get up at 4am more times than I need to either but as an evertonian I don't have a choice, i pray for a televised game and try to shout quietly without waking the family. It's all part of being blue.

Come on boys!!!!!
Home game!!!
This is ours for the taking.....

We're still in the draw - that's all that matters.

Would rather draw away to Oldham in the cup with a replay to come to sort it out than draw a PL game which results in the loss of 2 points.

POSITIVITY.

I'll take a draw over a loss obviously, no dramas there, FA Cup away games are always a leveler no matter what the opposition. It's frustrating not to get the job done but the best team was out there and it wasn't to be, we're still in it, lots aren't, so chins up!

Absolutely.

On a side note...

We are still debating at home here. Can an opposite GK fake to catch the ball in front of the opposing GK legally? and if that is legal was this instance just instinct or an excellent plan / set play?

Optimism OUT!
Pessimism IN!

I would be mighty shocked if we fail to make the next round. If the 6th Round draw is kind to us tomorrow then I think there will be excitement within the fanbase. Could do with a lift.

You can do whatever you want really as long as you don't actually touch the ball with your hands.
