I assume because we are now paying more than what we originally were willing to bid for him? Or the up front payment can now be met? Or that he isn't/wasn't our first choice target? Many reasons.

I imagine Udinese held out to see if anybody would and now we’re in position to offer them our Klarna scheme close to the full price but on long term drip
