Become extremely bored of the internet of late, working on it, and as im skint spending a lot of evenings on it as well.
point of this topic, is to build up some of the best applications or websites that people know on the internet to share etc.
i found out about Spotify the other day from here, and have got work mates, and about 10 mates on it already, its awesome !!
so lets share the knowledge and see what we come up with.
Right ill start with a few. Please add your own below, and ill edit the post and include them.
Flock : Flock Browser - The Social Web Browser
Uses the firefox engine but has intergration to all the major social media sites. So you can have a toolbar on the left showing latest status updates on facebook, and also it has the chat permanently on in the status bar (bottom left) even without being on facebook directly. (this is excellent for me in work as im not allowed on FB)
Also can use all the firefox addons

Connect to other computers remotely. Absolutely fantastic for me, to connect to work computer or visa versa home computer depending on my location.

Sign in to any mail account from the internet rather than having to be on the computer or using outlook

An online version of mircosoft office, and fully compatible. Excellent if you want to use it on different machines etc.

For all the companies that charge a rip off for 0870 number, find an alternative local rate number to ring. Very helpful if you are ringing from a mobile phone

CbfSms : Free SMS Text Messaging and Business Bulk SMS Solutions from CardBoardFish
Excellent free text message service. Dont have to sign up or anything. Only problem is, in busy times it requires you to wait sometimes a few mins before sending. If thats the case, literally wait until the 10th min of the hour to send, So 10 past, 20 past, 30 past, 40 past, 50 past etc. and you wont fail.
