What would be the best match left this season (April/May time frame) for a newbie to attend their first Everton match at Goodison? Also, where is the best place to sit? Looking for any and all input.

Think the Man City game on the 7th of May would be a decent shout. Probably going to that one myself. Have sat in most parts of the ground, but nowadays, mostly get tickets for the Park End. Also Aston Villa on the 2nd of April sounds like a decent fixture to visit.

I always used to be of the thinking that when i made thr trip up to Goodison i wanted to make ti when we played crappy teams so therefor had more chance of winning.

Unfortunatly we threw away leads against Newcastle and West Ham but did beat Stoke so my thinking doesn't really work.

Probably should try and make it when we play a game i don't expect us to win.

I'm always of the believe, we can beat everybody. Always expect Everton to win, but normally I'll get dissapointed.

Ah well, in lcab's words, that's how we roll.

I try to be until i realise its gonna cost me over £100 to find out lol although its probably a lot more for you.

There's not much worse than walking out of Goodison when we haven't won and i've got a 7 hour journey home.

Maybe i should go to a game i don't expect us to win and i wont be so disappointed.

After the last game i said i'd wait till we were good again. Then we got good last season but i couldn't afford.

Now we're crap and i'm still waiting lol.

I was gonna do the West Brom game. Then i was gonna do the Birmingham game. 2 lucky escapes.
