Best player you've never seen

My dad saw Duncan Edwards and said he had all the skills and grace of people like Best and Cruyff had but was built like a brick outhouse. Think Edwards was a teenager at the time. Scary to wonder what he could have been but wish I'd seen him.
Also would love to have been at Goodison to watch Eusebio when North Korea irritated him into life. Loads of my family went to that and said they'd never seen a performance like it.
Saw Ball in some testimonial game and his touch and vision were amazing even though his legs had gone. He never stopped running at his peak apparently so I'm gonna bend the rules and if I had chance to watch any of them at their peak it would be him.

Good choice. Mate.

Lukaku is world class, truly.

This will be proven when he is at Real Madrid/PSG next season.
To be honest mate i have always believed he would be in his prime from the minute i saw him in an everton shirt. That's why i am less critical of him compared to the rest haha

but its a wierd flashback to the 80's potentially, best striker since then up front, watford cup final, even to fans calling for managers head!

I certainly hope so mate. There are loads of similarities to both the 84 final run-up and the 95 one. Palace in the semi's for first time since 95, we haven't conceded a goal at this stage like in 95.

Also, as soon as Howard passed I had a feeling we would do something this season.

Just hope the players do it for themselves on Saturday backed by the best fans in the world.
