Don't really know about foreign players to be honest.

I am thinking about players who SHOULD have had call ups, as opposed to players who weren't called up because of a surplus of quality players already available, such as Arteta.

Bruce never got capped? That's surprised me.

Arteta's a good shout. I know he did get capped and the reasons why he didn't get many more, but Duncan Ferguson missed far too many games for Scotland (and Everton too!).
