I dont understand why a lot of people want Fellaini back in defensive-mid. He is playing the best football of his career in the attacking midfield role and also we are playing good entertaining football with plenty of goals being scored.

The Arteta team nowhere near as good, this team have creativity throughout and haven't reverted to the bad old ways like the Arteta team in the infamous "best squad" season.

Just wonder why it took 10 fookin' years.

Agree with you fella. Yes he would make a great defensive midfielder but he is doing even better up front.
We as a team are much more of a threat with him up top and he seems to be enjoying his football much more which could be a factor in him either staying or going with us. Think of Baines and Jagielka - happy to stay with us even though we don't offer them Champions League soccer.
As for the football we play - it probably is the best I have seen us play for 20 odd years. It is nice that we have a genuine goal threat every game - we just need to brush up on the defensive side if we can (without Fellaini)

Its the best team since the eighties. Better than any other Moyes team of his time and better than Joe's team with Kanchelskis on the wing.

They need a trophy to enable it to kick on and keep our best players.

If we could become more clinical we are without doubt top 4 material.

If you'd told me we were 4th after 10 games I'd be delighted but as it is, I'm gutted we haven't got more than 17 points. The game yesterday and against Newcastle are 2 that stick out, for different reasons.

On paper, we should be going for 6 points in our next 2 games. But I just have this nagging feeling that missed chances and sloppy defending are going to haunt us and we'll continue to play well but not get the wins to back it up.

But, regardless, we're great to watch currently, and I think fans from all sorts of clubs have commented on what a good watch we've been this year. Keep it up, lads, and let's batter Sunderland.

Am i the only one who thinks that Fellaini wont actually leave in January?

Nope, I don't think he will either.

I'm realistic and I know he'll have aspirations of playing regular CL football which you can't really argue with. But it'll be in the summer if anything imo.

Is right lad. Just imagine if we got to play in the CL next year. It'd be the definition of boss. *imagines Hibbo executing a perfect slide tackle on ronaldo at the bernabau*

That's getting 28 games ahead of myself but still, this team could do it, no question. Silverware has to be an aim this, year too.
