I think Rodwell has the potential to be world class, he has the air of someone with confidence and potential, sadly in a side with Cahill i doub't he will ever get the position he wants, he would blossom beautifully with Fellaini

Great video of probably Felli's best performance for us. So happy he's giving us another year. If we keep hold of Baines and sign Pienaar up next season could be a good one.

Has there been a better individual performance under Moyes? I don't think so.

Makes me laugh how anyone can see a player like Rodwell taking hold of a game like that, either as a playmaker or a destroyer.

Some people didnt see this in Fellaini, and for quite some time.

Even Joe Royle didnt rate him.

Time will tell, for any player, and that includes Rodwell !

You think Cahill will still be here next season?

Yeah, i don't think Cahill will do one to Aus, i think he'll be offered a coaching role by Everton, he has such appeal to bring kids in to the club from the entire Aus/NZ region, that is priceless. I appreciate the sentiment of a final pay day like.

I am literally foaming at the mouth at the prospect of Gibson, Fellaini and Rodwell all starting a game together.

It's going to be superb, I know it. Rodwell and Gibson hopefully striking up a partnership, with Fellaini floating wherever the hell he wants and causing havoc all over the field. Happy days, let's just hope none of them get sold.

How long are you willing to wait though? He's been playing with the first team for over 4 years now and he's done nothing to cement a place in the starting XI, in another 3-4 years if he's still a bit part player will you still be banking on him to "come good"?

Could be another Osman (finally blossoming/being appreciated when he's 30) but I have huge doubts on him, he just doesn't seem to want the ball.

Before his injury he was the best player in the side.

So what if he does become another Osman, a player in our first team squad for 10 years, and saved us millions, by filling in and trying his best whenever asked to !

End of the day Rodwell costs nothing, and so what is he just stays the same, still a good player to have in the squad. Or would you rather us spend money on a player like this.....!
