Reid had the skill and ability, but also had the never say die 'i don't give a sh1t about you' attitude.

The last person with that mentality was Big Dunc, we lack that mentality. Roy Keane had it for United, that is what we need now

Someone with a bit of this:

Fumeeeeee when people say Fellaini should be our attacking mid, what just because he scored a few goals there?

Anybody can see he is not an ACM. He is a defensive mid. Have you not seen him sit back and break up every single play the opposition try to make? He's f*cking brilliant in DM.

People who say he should play AMC, don't watch Everton that much !

EVERYONE was saying it after the United game, every 2 bob commentator and part time United fans at work said it, even 3 Blues here at work in Altrincham....all Non match going Blues too !

Our best central midfield pairing is Marouane Fellaini and Darron Gibson.

Fellaini & Rodwell played two blinders in the 1-1 away at Chelsea and the 1-2 away at City back in 2010, other than that Rodders is a bad crab who's afraid to put his foot on the ball, no ta.

Marron Gibani ftw.

If we've got such a strong midfield then why doesn't the manager trust them with playing two in the centre rather than three so he can play two strikers?

Osman - Fellaini - Gibson - Pienaar

That's certainly strong enough to play both Jelavic and Naismith up front in games when we're likely to see most of the ball.

Rodwell is going to be a top top player....he just needs a run injury free.

It's nice to have these options....

The LAST thing I'd want is Osman on the right.....I think Naismith will in fact play there anyway....unless dreams do come true and we actually, FINALLY sign a decent right winger.

I agree with you on the whole about Osman on the right, too lightweight and his true skills are limited when he's there. But last season on our good run that midfield four was the strongest we had and right now there isn't much of an alternative for the right wing until Donovan gets here.

That is only if we're going to play an orthodox four by the way, I'm sure if we're playing five as I'm also sure we will, Osman is much better suited to the AM role with Anichebe or Coleman on the right.

Great video of probably Felli's best performance for us. So happy he's giving us another year. If we keep hold of Baines and sign Pienaar up next season could be a good one.

i was at that game so never heard the commentary before, remember big joe saying before the 09 final that he doesnt really rate Felli, so to hear that was great, theres a similar one of Felli in the 4-4 with utd, cant find it at the mo tho
