Best fans I’ve seen at Goodson was Sunderland in the late seventies when they needed to stay up big Bob latch and Rioch put them down must have been 10 -12 thousand who came down .Coventry had a delayed kick off and jimmy hill put the score while they were still playing with a another relegation threaten team they both only needed a draw guess what happened they hated him and Coventry for years afterwards!
Jimmy Hill, and they still hate them

They were a weird bunch. I swear they kicked off because the Park End started singing. I also remember a ball boy doing keppy uppies about 5 yards in front of them while they were pretending to rush the Park End

Yeah they were goading the Park End when they responded they jumped the barrier and did the jump up and down routine.

Like I know Europe has its “Ultras” and uber fans etc, I personally don’t agree with it and I think being like that about a game is utterly stupid but I understand that’s some fan groups identity. That lot though, were only trying to be like that and doing a terrible job at it. Scores of them joined this place too saying they’d cursed the club 😂

They were the original Ultras weren't they, maybe they think they have a reputation to maintain.

Yeah it was embarrassing on their part. I'm sure there was a fan of theirs that posted on here trying to justify it, saying we sang something that provoked them, or something along those lines and got laughed out the house

Yeah not sure what song we'd have known to sing to provoke them 😂

I’ve met them all over Croatia. Their story/history is an interesting read. Was there one year when they had a huge celebration (some kind of anniversary if I remember correctly) in Split….it was incredible all through the night. Must have been a million euros worth of fireworks.
They even had a lot of fans in Belgrade before war. They were the best team in ex Yugoslavia at that time. Hajduk are considered a more rebellious club than Dinamo. I did see firework display around 2010/2011 on YouTube in Split, can't remember exactly what it was about. Hajduk, Dinamo and Red Stars fans are nowhere near as bad as Partisans in terms of being lunatics.
