There are many Brazilian players like him, age 25 to 30, who are very good in terms of skills, but don't produce good stats, because they were formed in the 4-4-2, and their position do not exist anymore.

The young wingers are more goal scorers; but i prefer to watch players like Bernard tbh. Its probably better to have goal score winger though.

HI ,I don't hate him at all ,I thought he played well today definitely one of his better days but as yet he doesn't compare with Pienaar .I do feel he is a little small and light but today in the playmaker role he was great ,on the wing he is brushed off to easily for me .

No they are not but they are a little stronger when tackled .Listen this is not where I want to be defending your interpretation of my posts .I like him as a player .He like others has faults but I am sure Carlo will get more out of them .

He knits everything together and as others have said is similar to Pienaar in the way he plays. Digne is also a shadow of himself whenever he plays without him.

Excellent little skillful player the one criticism is his assists and goals could be much better but he does make us tick so if he can assist the assister then he's a good player for us.

I just cant hide my love for the fella. Needs more consistency when hes had a run in the team but such a clever player that we've not had for years.

Making a good chance out of another dire cross from Walcott through outrageous ball control and footwork doesn't show on the stats but its that kind of thing that makes him important for us.

Every team in the top 5 is good at diving. No one likes it but it is how you win games in this era. Refusing to take part is no different than telling your goalie not to use his hands.
