We need some consistency. Instead of having a different striker every game, we need to give someone, say, DCL a run of games. The team will get to know his strengths and weaknesses and tactics can also change accordingly. Continually playing players out of position doesn't help.

Give him a go as number 10. He's got good feet so would be comfortable taking the ball between the lines, something we are severly lacking at the moment.

He's not great. Then again, neither are we. I;d keep him until the end of the season then shift him out. Nice profit.

Its a squad game but as ive posted in the past i wonder if the plan was to bring him in on a free for a season then aim for £25mil fee in the summer...

Would be an extremely tidy bit of business.

He's been ok...ish, but he's not what we need....not out wide at least.

If Silva want to play 433 then going on past history

He'll have:
1 deep passer
2 box to box players
2 inside forwards
1 CF

Cant see where he would play myself

And Lookman isnt the player we want or need....we should get better in his place.

Are you completely ruling out an improvement after the inevitable period of adjustment coming to such a different footballing culture and different culture off the park too? Not being funny and I've a feeling i see him differently to you but just wondering if you see his current level as the best we'll get from him?
