Why does every young player who gets thrown in the first team before they are ready then get some sort of idol status in the fan base?
This lad has struggled away from this club and has failed to earn a place under a few different managers now.
If unsworth hadn't played him when he did (whilst playing as many young players at the time as he could) then he wouldn't be seen as the best player never to get a chance here.
