Would take De Bruyne but not Lukaku, I'd get someone like Negredo to partner Anichebe/Jelavic up front and play 4-4-2 next season.

I think getting a 19 year old who is proven in this league makes more sense than spending about £18m on a 28 year old who may not cut it, for a club in our position.
14 goals in 31 games and he's only going to get better.
Why I think it's weird an agent would talk it up is because a deal like that one would have agent for Chelsea , agent for everton , at least 2 players agents and maybe another 'broker' involved , that's an incredibly difficult situation to manage .
That said you could maybe have one working for everton on it to put the whole thing together but that doesn't sound like us and is still tough to put together , seems an unlikely deal to be honest ,.

Negredo is a proven goalscorer though, Lukaku has shown it in the Prem already but he's not as consistent as Negredo.
