Please get used to us not spending money - since the £16M net outlay on The Yak and Baines (summer 2007) - the purchase of Jags funded by the sale of Beattie and Naysmith going the other way.. we have effectively NOT spent any money at any time. Fellaini was purchased - more or less - with the sale of AJ and the Lescott sale brought in 3 players and £4M - the net inflow of money in 4 years being nearly £9M.
