Panorama is a pro-Israeli joke programme. It's connivance with the Israeli line in the last documentary it made on this subject - about the Gaza flotilla - was widely condemned.
And by the way, if the British government want to punish those 'school jihadists' then they should stop selling the Saudis weapons and cutting business deals with them...oh, hold on....

Sadly you are not wrong about the Gaza flotilla Panorama, though whether or not it has any relevance on this is a bit questionable, and after all programme needs to be viewed in the context of it coming shortly after a very bitter war between the BBC and the various arms of the Israeli government operating in the UK (as was detailed in the excellent Dispatches by Peter Oborne).
So you're saying this is untrue and it's not happening?
No. I dont know if it is or isn't happening. My point is that there's a pattern emerging with Panorama that stinks the place out.
Dispatches is Ch4. The BBC News just reported what actually took place - a breathtaking insult to British sovereignty that saw Mossad stealing British passports and killing under the names of British citizens. I dont think it can be seen as a counterpoint to their Panaroma reports - which could have been written by the Israeli government.
Panorama editors are spineless tvvats: they pulled a programme during the run up to the election in May about Lord Ashcroft's long line of corrupt dealings with governments here and abroad. They did that at the request of the Conservative Party...and they probably did so because they feared gettin dealt with post election by the Tories cutting their license fee...whcih they did, in effect, anyway.
if its happening though..............
...was kind of my original point...IF it is, this is incredibly disturbing.
I disagree - on the issue of the BBC, dont forget that they did "take on"* the Israelis to the extent that, for a short while at least (in 2003), the BBC was virtually banned from reporting inside Israel, or even on Israeli politicians visiting the UK. For this bravery and commitment to getting the truth out, they recieved even less than **** all support from the government, opposition parties, their colleagues in the wider media (all three of those groups were to a greater or lesser extent in reciept of funds / free trips / other favours from various bits of the lobby) or society generally.
Given that the BBC were also under attack from both main parties and the rest of the media anyway (over Murdoch and "bias", which coming from something like the Mail is madness), it is quite understandable why they eventually caved in and put out such a glib piece of bollocks as the flotilla documentary was.
* which of course means that they didnt blindly parrot the Israeli line and instead reported what was going on
Is anyone suprised by this?
Regarding the BBC/C4,
The lunatic lefties always claim a zionist bias
where the idiots on the right claim a pro-palestine view
Anyone who claims either doesnt live in the real world.
Ther BBC and C4 are two fo the most balanced news reporters on the planet.
Anyone who disagrees please name me 10 more balanced ones? (the morning star and daily mail do not count)
