BBC coverage - why are they trying to ruin the World Cup for us?

FIFA have been taking the p**s for years and now some people are rightly standing up to them and the politicians who take their backhanders. More protests and less of Rio Ferdinand and we will be fine

Never mind BBC or ITV ruining the match experience, FIFA have surpassed themselves this time.

They've now banned a flags along the lower tiers, even behind the goals (they've been banned opposite the camera side since 2006). The locals' samba drums etc have also been forbidden, which wipes out of of the carnival atmosphere synonymous with football down there. I saw 3 games in Brazil this time last year, and the colour and rythmic beats amongst the crowd was a boss experience.

The football has been half-decent thus far, but the crowd could be anywhere in the world. It's not a 'Brazilian' crowd.

Still looking forward to heading down there after work on Monday, mind.
