I do wonder about man management generally in the British game, I've known quite a few youth players from various clubs and none of them love the game.

This type of comment is indicative, I just get the impression they're taught athletics and eff all else, which ain't a surprise when you see the sort of ex pros going into coaching. Unsurprisingly brain dead unskilled unimaginative fellas are turned out by the bucket load.

Apparently Baxter was led to believe he was the best of our lot so it's no surprise he's pished when let go.

In all the pre season games he has played, technically he has been the best player on the park, but he desperately needs fitness or he won't get a contract with us. We are struggling to sign any of our targets so he might get a short term contract for a squad place. His general tweeting is not winning him any friends at ours either.

Actually got respect for palace (same as any other club apart from red****e). I was more pished at a player that the blues have spent money on over the years taking the piss.

Some serious doubt at ours now that he is going to be offered anything. Can't seem to agree terms. I think the best he'll get is a "Pay as you play" as he doesn't appear to be in the best shape at the moment.
