Yes I played the Beta, yes I'll be getting it on launch.

The only question is whether I can get the Mrs to lift the "it's for Christmas" ban, and actually play it before december 25th

I played the beta and will be getting it for PC. Very excited for it as well, looks like there's so much variety to the game play. And the graphics are light years ahead of everything else.
