A lad I drink with keeps Peregrine Falcons in an aviary at the back of his, he also had a Gyr Falcon in a seperate bit which he was looking after for a mate. Someone broke in to steal the Gyr, letting the Peregrines escape in the process. He found them sitting on the aviary roof later on that day waiting for food. It's not much mate, but your Owl may find its own way back.

* Are Barn Owls native in Greece ?. If not it's going to stand out a bit

Blue was very supportive when I lost my cat. He takes the piss, but he's one of the least vindictive posters on here imo
