Next time you see him, go right up to him, make eye contact and recite his entire rap. When you have finished, say nothing, but keep eye contact for an uncomfortable 20 seconds or so and then say " Lucazade Isotonic Sport!" really fast. Again, say nothing for another 10 seconds or so and then just say " John Barnes, you are an absolute whopper!" and then walk off. He will always remember you. And you may see less of him in Asda after that.
