I am heading off to the more clement weather of Barcelona tomorrow but I am unsure as to the appropriate attire I should be taking. Asides from the blazer, does one need a warm coat in the evening or will an anorak style suffice?

Thanks

Sir

Hello Sir, I like the cut of your jib.

I was there late Sept and it was sweltering.
Have also taken a late Nov trip to the same city and found it to be pleasantly mild. I managed well enough with a sweater and a light jacket. Maybe a sports jacket or blazer will suffice in the cooler evenings.

If I can give you one piece of advice, go to Cal Pep in Born. THE nicest tapas I have eaten there, get there before it opens, sit at the bar and eat whatever they give you. Lovely stuff.

It was sweltering here in Alicante late September but it isn't now. Probably about 22 degrees mid-day but pretty chilly in the evening and in the morning. Barcelona's further north so it will be a tad cooler there I imagine. Anorak over a pullover or sweatshirt should be ok. If you get a wind coming down from the Pyrinees it can be pretty damn cold in November.
