Agreed, replica shirts shouldnt be on the agenda for grown men, leave them to the young kids, and have healthy debate about the actual club and things which matter ! That, is in no way intended to insinuate that the "young" kids don't know what they are on about, or conversely that all grown ups do as is clearly the case on this site on occasion !

Exactly like. I'll be buying and wearing my kit around town because I'm sick of seeing kopite beauts and Barca glory hunters in Auckland. Needs a bit of Everton.

I was in the Athletic Bilbao shop today, in Bilbao. Full range of next seasons kits in stock. Home and away. Kids kits, casual wear, the lot.
Nice shop, centre of town, full of everything Athletics, with another shop beside the stadium.

True, but I'm 50+ & us giving the Arabs, Russians & Yanks a tough time at our run down old ground gives me as much pleasure as 1969, 1984, 1985, 1987, 1995... or should we become just another franchise?....
