I thought ITV were supposed to be biased towards English teams, apparently not. Funny when you compare it to Andy Townsend making an orgasm noise when Liverpool nearly took the lead against Basel a few weeks later.

When McCarthy cleared off the line the commentary for about 15 minutes was that the shot had hit the back of the post. How the [Poor language removed] can a rocket shot from the penalty spot area hit the back of the post? and then bounce out?

Hahaha, even ignoring the subject of media bias, that's just incredibly poor commentary. They have access to replays which clearly show exactly what happened.
