We were poor, but I wondered how long before a massive knee-jerk thread like this was created.

The only thing I can agree with is that Naismith was woeful TONIGHT.

Jelavic offers lots, Mirallas wasn't that bad, Coleman wasn't that bad. Heitinga is a good footballer. We missed Jags though, he would have never let that shot for their first come in, he would have steamed in with a slidey.

Haven't heard slidey in years! Aha.

We were below par across pretty much the whole park, nothing we can do now, hopefully just [Poor language removed] Southampton a few then we'll be sound even though we won't win anything again...

Players should be happy.

They still get paid whether they are in the cup or not. Just reduced their year workload by about 15%.

we made six changes from one of are most dominant displays of the season, played with a few players that arnt normlly anywhere near the team, and paid for are arrogance
