Autocup problem

I signed up for the AutoCup scheme for all home cup matches but yesterday found out i'm displaced for thursdays match. The club haven't contacted me and told me/offered alternative seats and the box office is shut. Does anyone know if they just send alternatives or do i miss out completely on tickets?
