Spent 6 months there 15 years ago and hated the place. The people were rude & racist, they were at least 30 years behind the modern world and their drinking laws were ridiculous. It was a while ago but even today, if I meet a nice Aussie, I find they're actually Kiwi's.

I really liked Adelaide, despite all my Aussie mates ripping it. Nice CBD surrounded by park, the east side for eating was ace. Decent place and people.
