And this is why Kenwright needs to go.Ginola Gasgoigne Eto Roone

Mate i dont support Rangers so dont care what he did there.I do remember a fantastic performance by Gazza for us against mighty Orient but not much else.As for two players who actually did alright for us is that really good enough?

I think you are missing the point of what I am saying here though.

Gascoigne was obviously a Smith signing. A player he wanted as he knew him and had worked with him. I don't see how that has got anything to do with Kenwright.

Eto'o and Rooney were obviously on the downturn career wise but they still had something to offer.

I personally don't rate any of them as signings and would not have done them myself but with the exception of Rooney (and loads still think he did well) I do not remotely understand how any of them can be used as something to beat Kenwright with as they were players the managers signed and wanted.

"he provided some great moments last season, speckled throughout like diamonds in a turd" - Perfectly sums up this season.

Rooney was announced as our main attacking option twelve months ago while being paid double the money of RS Mo Salah. No wonder the wheels came off fast.

We are some way into the MLS season already but it takes a break in June for the copa mundial - DCU are opening their new stadium after the break so I am sure they want to push this through in the next 7 days to get most momentum out of it.

The thread title bothers me. Auf wiedersehen translates as until seen again, so again shouldn’t follow it. Fix it please.

The main attacking option went the other way to old trafford. I understand sentimentality towards Rooney from Everton fans, but overall it was a crap deal unless utd still pay his wages. Doubtless he can still contribute, but 5 mins on youtube looking at him as a teenager when he first wore the blue shirt tells you all you need to know. His pace then almost makes it look like the film has been speeded up at times, but he's finished now.
