One time I have been to wembley I absolutely loved it. Our guide was a Liverpool fan that looked like Leon Osman strangely enough!! We had some great banter

Its going to be a long day today!

Now I remember what it was like to be young the night before Christmas.

As I have been so bloody excited this week and not able to sleep I have found myself getting more and more emotional as the match has got closer, watching videos of our great fans singing now brings a tear to my eye! I am going to be a sobbing mess by the time I get to the game.

Anyway I hope you all have a safe journey down to the game and I look forward to sharing a beer and a song at the Green Man in the morning with some of you.

Two emotions have taken over at this moment. Envy, coz I'm not going. And. more than anything, pride. Pride in who we are. Pride in feeling part of this special moment despite being far away. Pride in the way everyone on this site is sharing their feelings and memories. Pride in Everton. Pride in being a member of the best fcuking fan base in the world. Pride in the hairs that are standing on end, the goosepimples on my arms and the tears forming in my eyes as I write this.
