Hi, I'm an admin on Manchester United forum RedCafe and we have a feature where we go onto opposition forums each week and ask questions ahead of games. If any of you could answer the following questions, it'd be appreciated. Thanks and good luck, you've had a great season so far.

Q1: What have you made of how Moyes has done for Manchester United this season?
Worse than expected. I wished him well when he left but unfortunately a lot of his more negative qualities have been exposed and he hasn't really enamoured himself to a lot of people (I would say your players being chief among them).

Q2: Where do you think Manchester United will finish in the league come the end of the season?
6th

Q3: RM has had a great first season in charge, do you think that he will be able to sustain this while evolving the side away from the one he predominantly inherited?
Yes. I think he is a very astute and ambitious man-manager / coach who seems to get the best out of his players. The summer transfers will be key, I'm sure he already has his targets lined up.

Q4: Do you fear Roberto Martinez could land a job at a bigger club (e.g. Arsenal) so soon after doing such a wonderful job in one season at Everton?
No, he's loyal and I believe he wants to build something here. He won't walk away until he's achieved his aim (or given it his all).

Q5: What is the biggest difference between Moyes' Everton and Martinez's Everton?
Martinez aims to get the players playing Sin Miedo - without fear. Fear of losing seems to be Moyes' default position.

Q6: Do you think you'll finish fourth this season?
Unlikely now, but if we see out the season in style, who knows? In a way I'm glad we got the loss out of our system midweek, hopefully it'll give the players the impetus they need to kick on. Jelavic to do us a favour on Sunday please!

Q7: Do you think your club will be able to handle the heavy schedule with European football next year, especially with the number of players you brought in on loan this season?
We can loan the same number of players next year, it's in the rules. I think European clubs would trust Bobby with their rising stars, intrigued to see who he brings in (plus it would [Poor language removed] the press and the monied clubs some more). But the schedule will mean we need a slightly bigger squad I think.

Q8: Which player have you seen the biggest improvement in this season compared to last?
Bryan Oviedo up until his injury, Seamus Coleman

Q9: Which player has surprised you the most with their levels of consistency and performances?
James McCarthy, Gareth Barry

Q10: Which team would you prefer to win the league out of Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City, and which team out of those do you think will win the league this season?
Prefer City, hope Chelsea, ABL

Q11: Are there any youth prospects you have that you’re excited about/looking forward to perhaps see breakthrough in the future?
John Stones - future captain for club & country! Otherwise Green, Garbutt & Browning (based on reports I've read)

Q12: What signings do you think/hope your club will make this summer?
Lukaku, Barry, another CM, another GK, 1-2 young European rising stars on loan (as per my point above)

Q13: What are your goals for the club next season?
Kick on and be involved in the title race, make a good fist of Europe, do well in the cups, do the double over the RS

Q14: Which XI would you like to see your team field against us?
Howard Distin Stones Coleman Baines McCarthy Barry McGeady Barkley Naismith Lukaku

Q15: Finally, your predictions for the match?
2-1 to us

Hi mate, honest answers -

Q1: What have you made of how Moyes has done for Manchester United this season?
Terribly. I always thought the job was too big for him but still thought he'd be top 4. Can't believe the players he's bought when other areas of your team is crying out for strengthening. Not many of us left but I still hope he turns it round because deep down I still hope he does well.

Q2: Where do you think Manchester United will finish in the league come the end of the season?
6th

Q3: RM has had a great first season in charge, do you think that he will be able to sustain this while evolving the side away from the one he predominantly inherited?
My only worry with Roberto is his record in the transfer market, something Moyes was top notch in for us. Only time will tell but it'll be an enjoyable ride.

Q4: Do you fear Roberto Martinez could land a job at a bigger club (e.g. Arsenal) so soon after doing such a wonderful job in one season at Everton?
Seen too many come and go to spend time worrying about that.

Q5: What is the biggest difference between Moyes' Everton and Martinez's Everton?

Attacking. We put the ball in the box under Moyes and you'd be lucky if the striker was in there. In the 90th minute away form home under Martinez our full backs are in the oppositions box!

Q6: Do you think you'll finish fourth this season?
I think it'll be really close, if it happens then it'll be superb.

Q7: Do you think your club will be able to handle the heavy schedule with European football next year, especially with the number of players you brought in on loan this season?
Yes, our squad is surprisingly strong and I'm sure we'll replace like for like.

Q8: Which player have you seen the biggest improvement in this season compared to last?
Quite a few but probably Seamus.

Q9: Which player has surprised you the most with their levels of consistency and performances?
McCarthy.

Q10: Which team would you prefer to win the league out of Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City, and which team out of those do you think will win the league this season?
Liberpwel will win it. I couldn't care less out of the other two as long as one did.

Q11: Are there any youth prospects you have that you’re excited about/looking forward to perhaps see breakthrough in the future?
I'm looking forward to seeing just how good Stones is going to turn out.

Q12: What signings do you think/hope your club will make this summer?
Lukaku and a couple of other Barca loanees would be nice, especially a top notch number 10

Q13: What are your goals for the club next season?
Anything like this season would be good and of course we'd love to actually win a cup

Q14: Which XI would you like to see your team field against us?
Howard, Coleman, Baines, Stones, Distin, McCarthy, Barry, Miralles, Barkley, Naismith, Lukaku

Q15: Finally, your predictions for the match?
2-1

That kid Wilson on your bench, Moyes will never play him so he may as well come to us.

Q1: What have you made of how Moyes has done for Manchester United this season?
Exactly what I expected. I've enjoyed it very, very much.

Q2: Where do you think Manchester United will finish in the league come the end of the season?
6th.

Q3: RM has had a great first season in charge, do you think that he will be able to sustain this while evolving the side away from the one he predominantly inherited?
If he can do this much already, then the sky is the limit. And by the sky, I mean the sky 4, so we'll probably do very well to get 5th next season.

Q4: Do you fear Roberto Martinez could land a job at a bigger club (e.g. Arsenal) so soon after doing such a wonderful job in one season at Everton?
No. Despite everyone trying to sell our players and manager for us, we know Bobby isn't like that and will see out his project here first.

Q5: What is the biggest difference between Moyes' Everton and Martinez's Everton?
The core philosophy. Moyes is an exceptionally dour pragmatist whereas Martinez is a relentless upbeat optimist. I think Moyes is wonderful at getting a lot out of nothing, and making teams resilient, but he just doesn't have that winner's mentality. And his tactical nouse begins and ends with nullifying the opposition. When it comes to making his team do their thing, he is lost. Bobby on the other hand knows how to get the most out of his players, and knows how to get a team to move in unison as one collective, boss footie playing unit.

Q6: Do you think you'll finish fourth this season?
Nope. 5th, providing we don't lose on Sunday.

Q7: Do you think your club will be able to handle the heavy schedule with European football next year, especially with the number of players you brought in on loan this season?
Yes. Under Moyes we had a tiny squad -- even smaller and weaker than ours now, and for a spell we played a lot of Europa league fixtures and never fielded weakened lineups in that competition or any other. And it was fine. It's a myth in my opinion toted out as an excuse. Footballers are supremely fit, and aside from any injuries sustained in extra games, I don't believe the extra minutes do much harm. The loan thing is a myth too; Barry will sign, Deulofeu and Traore have been bit-part players (the latter playing about 45 minutes of football). Only Lukaku will be missed but that's why Bobby's saved his pennies up. We will come out of the summer window a stronger team -- plus, who's to say he can't secure more fruitful loans? They were not lucky dips, they were thoroughly scouted.

Q8: Which player have you seen the biggest improvement in this season compared to last?
Gonna throw a minor curveball and say Tim Howard. I was never his biggest fan but he has been outstanding this year. One of the top 2 or 3 keepers in the league for my money.

Q9: Which player has surprised you the most with their levels of consistency and performances?
James McCarthy. We all raised eyebrows at the fee we paid but he is just a top lad and a consistent 8/10 performer. We missed him thoroughly mid-week and it's no surprise we faltered without him.

Q10: Which team would you prefer to win the league out of Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City, and which team out of those do you think will win the league this season?
Man City. I despise Chelsea more than any other club and the Liverpool love-in turns my stomach. The media are treating them as heroic underdogs, politely ignoring the hundreds of millions they've spunked up the wall on the way to this title 'romp' in a severely under-strength league. City sum up what's wrong with football, but they're the lesser of the three evils.

Q11: Are there any youth prospects you have that you’re excited about/looking forward to perhaps see breakthrough in the future?
John Stones. He will be the best English CB since... I don't know, the last good English CB? English CBs are usually a bit crap actually... Point is, he's the man. At 19 he's been at the heart of our defense for the best league run in our Premier League history. He is remarkably assured and confident for someone so young, as is extremely assured on the ball, for a defender.

Q12: What signings do you think/hope your club will make this summer?
Holding out hope for Romelu, but if not then I'll be looking forward to a top striker. We've spent something like £11m on strikers in the last 7 years (since Yakubu) which is appalling for a team who finish as highly as we do. It's about time we went and spent big money, and I'd love to see it spent on a top striker who can finish off the good play we create.

Q13: What are your goals for the club next season?
To put the ball in the opposition's net more times than they do ours, about 38 times.

Q14: Which XI would you like to see your team field against us?
Howard
Coleman Stones Distin Baines
Barry McCarthy
McGeady Barkley Mirallas
Lukaku

Q15: Finally, your predictions for the match?
3-1 to the mighty blues.

Q1: What have you made of how Moyes has done for Manchester United this season?
Not very well. He has a poor squad at his disposal but having a few star players, you would have thought, should have had him challenging for CL.

Q2: Where do you think Manchester United will finish in the league come the end of the season?
7th.

Q3: RM has had a great first season in charge, do you think that he will be able to sustain this while evolving the side away from the one he predominantly inherited?
The players are constantly adapting to a different style of play and he hasn't got his own players yet, so yes.

Q4: Do you fear Roberto Martinez could land a job at a bigger club (e.g. Arsenal) so soon after doing such a wonderful job in one season at Everton?
Not yet.

Q5: What is the biggest difference between Moyes' Everton and Martinez's Everton?
As already said, we play for the win, not to draw.

Q6: Do you think you'll finish fourth this season?
Frustratingly, not.

Q7: Do you think your club will be able to handle the heavy schedule with European football next year, especially with the number of players you brought in on loan this season?
Yes. Although considering all the teams around us will strengthen, we may not challenge for 4th again.

Q8: Which player have you seen the biggest improvement in this season compared to last?
Bryan Oviedo.

Q9: Which player has surprised you the most with their levels of consistency and performances?
James McCarthy and Oviedo when he was fit.

Q10: Which team would you prefer to win the league out of Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City, and which team out of those do you think will win the league this season?
City.

Q11: Are there any youth prospects you have that you’re excited about/looking forward to perhaps see breakthrough in the future?
A few. Tyias Browning is apparently considered the closest. George Green and Ryan Ledson have big reputations to live up to.

Q12: What signings do you think/hope your club will make this summer?
Striker x2 (hopefully 1 being Lukaku), a playmaker and a centre back.

Q13: What are your goals for the club next season?
Challenging towards the top of the league and a cup (be it Europa, FA or League).

Q14: Which XI would you like to see your team field against us?
Howard, Baines, Distin, Jagielka, Coleman, Barry, McCarthy, Barkley, Mirallas, Lukaku, Naismith.

Q15: Finally, your predictions for the match?
3-1, the blues.

Q1: What have you made of how Moyes has done for Manchester United this season?

The squad he inherited is ageing and not top quality but I honestly expected him to have you top 4.
Biggest shoes around are hard to step into and he's probably receiving more of the blame than he deserves

Q2: Where do you think Manchester United will finish in the league come the end of the season?

probably 6th

Q3: RM has had a great first season in charge, do you think that he will be able to sustain this while evolving the side away from the one he predominantly inherited?
Hard to say. He's exceeded expectations in most cases and possibly made a rod for his own back. The kneejerk brigade will be out in force if we finish lower next season. I'll be happy to see the same mentality and see the evolution of the squad.

Q4: Do you fear Roberto Martinez could land a job at a bigger club (e.g. Arsenal) so soon after doing such a wonderful job in one season at Everton?

He could but I honestly don't think he would.

Q5: What is the biggest difference between Moyes' Everton and Martinez's Everton?

As mentioned in most earlier response, it's going out to win whoever the opposition is.

Q6: Do you think you'll finish fourth this season?

No.

Q7: Do you think your club will be able to handle the heavy schedule with European football next year, especially with the number of players you brought in on loan this season?

The Europa League is worse than the CL in this respect and if you factor in thursday nights to the sheer amount of games needed to progress it does have an effect on smaller squads. Another reason why we may finish lower next season.

Q8: Which player have you seen the biggest improvement in this season compared to last?

Naismith looks a useful player this season purely due to confidence imo. Coleman and Howard have also improved.

Q9: Which player has surprised you the most with their levels of consistency and performances?

McCarthy is better than probably even Martinez expected and I've been pleasantly surprised by how well Jagielka has adapted to the new playing style. I thought he might suffer.

Q10: Which team would you prefer to win the league out of Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City, and which team out of those do you think will win the league this season?

I'd prefer City personally. No big fan of theirs but I've never liked Chelsea and Mourinho almost makes me want the rs to win it before them. Almost. Afraid to say I think our loveable neighbours are going to win it.

Q11: Are there any youth prospects you have that you’re excited about/looking forward to perhaps see breakthrough in the future?

The only one I've actually seen is John Lundstram. With England Youth he looked a bit like a Michael Carrick type. Head up, Very tidy and good range of passing. I've read good things about Tyas Browning (defence), Ryan Ledson (midfield) and Chris Long (Attack). Just need a good goalie to come through now and we've got the backbone sorted for the future ha.

Q12: What signings do you think/hope your club will make this summer?

If Lukaku's a possiblity that would be a dream. Maybe Barry on a free if we can negotiate wages. If there's any money left over (don't know how much we've got or how much Lukaku would cost) anaother creative midfielder, someone like Beñat from Bilbao and another loan of Deulofeu

Q13: What are your goals for the club next season?

Keep the feelgood factor going and hopefully win a cup

Q14: Which XI would you like to see your team field against us?

Howard, Coleman, Baines, Stones, Distin, Barry, McCarthy, Barkley, Mirallas, McGeady, Lukaku.

Q15: Finally, your predictions for the match?

2-0 to us

Q1: What have you made of how Moyes has done for Manchester United this season?

With VanPersie returning to his oft (or always) injured ways, it doesn't suprise me that much. A top 2-3 in the world striker can cover up a ton of cracks (see Ratface, RVP last year and Henry)

Q2: Where do you think Manchester United will finish in the league come the end of the season?

6th

Q3: RM has had a great first season in charge, do you think that he will be able to sustain this while evolving the side away from the one he predominantly inherited?

Depends we'll have a bigger fixture list and we will look a lot like we did in matches 1-3 this season (all draws) if we don't the funds to fix the lack of depth at striker.

We've been as good as any squad in the league in open play. However we've been MURDERDEATHKILLED on free kicks all year and arguably have lost anywhere between 6-10 pts this season "defending" them. If there is such a thing as a free kick defense specialist coach out there we could use him next season.

Q4: Do you fear Roberto Martinez could land a job at a bigger club (e.g. Arsenal) so soon after doing such a wonderful job in one season at Everton?

If we get bought by a sugar daddy no. Even with success he'll stay at least a few years. He's left Swans and Wigan but did end up changing both clubs style into one for what looks like to be sustained success (Wigan is doing quite well now in the Championship despite Europe and a deep FA cup run).

Q5: What is the biggest difference between Moyes' Everton and Martinez's Everton?
Moyes: draw equals point gained (which is fine thinking if W's were only 2 pts but they aren't).
Bob: draw equals 2 points lost.

Q6: Do you think you'll finish fourth this season?

Don't know. I'm pretty sure Arsenal will drop points though so I still think its in our hands but the margin of error is now probably 0.

Q7: Do you think your club will be able to handle the heavy schedule with European football next year, especially with the number of players you brought in on loan this season?

We had a thinner side in 07/08 and did well. Supposedly we'll have money to spend and we'll be able to weather injuries to the back line and midfield. Injuries at strikers though, that could be a big problem (however it would be a big problem with or without europe).

Q8: Which player have you seen the biggest improvement in this season compared to last?

Easy, Naismith

Q9: Which player has surprised you the most with their levels of consistency and performances?

see Q8

Q10: Which team would you prefer to win the league out of Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City, and which team out of those do you think will win the league this season?

Uh Chelsea? All are odious. At least Man Utd winning the league was tolerable.

Q11: Are there any youth prospects you have that you’re excited about/looking forward to perhaps see breakthrough in the future?

We have this cat called Maygue Gueye in our reserve side. Molyez knows all about him and if he was smart he'd snatch him up for 10M before he's worth 5X that much.

Q12: What signings do you think/hope your club will make this summer?

A very good striker with prem experience.

Q13: What are your goals for the club next season?

win a trophy, if C-league get to knockout round.

Q14: Which XI would you like to see your team field against us?

Not the same one that started against Palace.

Q15: Finally, your predictions for the match?

2-1 everton (I hope).

I must admit there are one or two on Red Café that do remember when they were sh!t and won the odd FA Cup but couldn't win the league for 20 odd years, and that is despite them still having more money than most. Also Everton had more more titles before the dreaded money laundering EPL started. It really p1sses me off the short memory some of these delusional Manc bandwagon jumpers have. They are just starting to get bitter because little old Everton are above them.......just wait a few more seasons when there decline is more obvious and City and Chelsea fans will be ridiculing them as a smaller club.......saying that I think quite a few of them would have probably jumped on the bandwagon that is Man City or Chelsea by then.

Q1: What have you made of how Moyes has done for Manchester United this season? I couldn't have asked for any better from him

Q2: Where do you think Manchester United will finish in the league come the end of the season? A plucky 7th

Q3: RM has had a great first season in charge, do you think that he will be able to sustain this while evolving the side away from the one he predominantly inherited? Yep.

Q4: Do you fear Roberto Martinez could land a job at a bigger club (e.g. Arsenal) so soon after doing such a wonderful job in one season at Everton? He couldn't get a bigger job than he already has.

Q5: What is the biggest difference between Moyes' Everton and Martinez's Everton? Love.

Q6: Do you think you'll finish fourth this season? No. First.

Q7: Do you think your club will be able to handle the heavy schedule with European football next year, especially with the number of players you brought in on loan this season? Yep.

Q8: Which player have you seen the biggest improvement in this season compared to last? Fellaini

Q9: Which player has surprised you the most with their levels of consistency and performances? Naismith

Q10: Which team would you prefer to win the league out of Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City, and which team out of those do you think will win the league this season? City. Everton.

Q11: Are there any youth prospects you have that you’re excited about/looking forward to perhaps see breakthrough in the future? Kevin Mcleod

Q12: What signings do you think/hope your club will make this summer? Loads more loans

Q13: What are your goals for the club next season? 3 white posts with a net, one at each end.

Q14: Which XI would you like to see your team field against us? Probably rest a few players for the tough run in

Q15: Finally, your predictions for the match? 6-1
