He's an experienced pro and has won loads. It's reassuring that he does this in my opinion. Exactly how I'd want leaders to act. I have no doubt he's fully aware of both his limitations and errors. But that's exactly the type of leaders we need in the dressing room as Moyes has said himself

He's actually done better than most of us expected this season but you can't help but sigh when you see him hauled onto the field in the dying minutes when we need a goal.

tbf he put an absolute belter of a ball in that Jones done well to clear.
